About GA Sports Club

GA Sports Club (also known as Goal Arena, GASC) was incorporated in Dec 2009 with the aim of both creating a platform for amateur footballers to socialize and network through the organization of friendly league competitions. With continuous support from teams of diverse races, GA Sports Club has provided more than 1,000 players in 64 amateur football teams an opportunity to continue playing 11-a-side competitive amateur football over 3 categories in 8 divisions as of Nov 2011.

We have organized leagues in 2005 (Formerly registered as Goal Arena Sports Club) as a passion for football. But due to National Service commitments we couldn’t continue this passion of ours. Hence, having completed our NS obligations, we have decided to do what we love most and provide the most competitive league in Singapore.

Goal Arena organizes 3 categories of leagues, Saturday PM, Sunday AM and PM, the divisions are further classified by into areas of division. Objective is to promote location convenience and preferred timing for all players. A premier division was created to bring amateur football to greater competitive level. For Sunday AM and PM categories, there will be a challenge cup (World Cup format) concurrently with league and seedings of 1 team from each division.

GA Sports Club aims to promote a constant awareness of fitness improvement through friendly competition. Hence, a win-win competition for all.
